Massachusetts law gives every vehicle owner the right to choose any licensed collision repair facility, regardless of which shops the insurance company prefers. Insurers may suggest their direct repair shops. You are not obligated to use them.

2. What We Take Off Your Hands

  • Your carrier: we contact your carrier directly and coordinate the adjuster inspection.
  • Hidden damage: we document hidden damage found during disassembly and file the supplement for it.
  • Paperwork: we handle the paperwork through to final billing.
  • Rental car: we coordinate the rental car for the repair period.

What is a supplement, and why does it matter?

A supplement is an additional claim filed when the repair turns out to need more than the original estimate covered. It matters because hidden damage is normal, and without a supplement the difference either comes out of your pocket or comes out of the quality of the repair.

Massachusetts is a no-fault state. What does that change?

Your own Personal Injury Protection coverage pays your medical expenses up to $8,000 regardless of who caused the accident. Vehicle damage is separate and is claimed against the at fault driver's liability coverage, or your own collision coverage.
